- Eight ounce wild salmon grilled and topped with herb butter
Yellow Fin Tuna
- Eight ounce center cut filet grilled
Shrimp Scampi
- Jumbo shrimp sautéed in white wine, garlic and butter
Sautéed Scallops
- Jumbo scallops sautéed in garlic and lemon butter
Halibut
- Eight ounce loin of Halibut, grilled or baked
Alaskan King Crab
- Twelve ounces split legs with drawn butter. Market price
